Coasters in regenerated leather fibers

Coasters

Given the great experience we gained in the field of regenerated leather fibers, we have decided to develop our expertise at the service of ecology, in order to reduce waste and squandering of resources

We have therefore produced a coaster in regenerated leather fibers (Certified Leather Standard by OEKO-TEX), made from the recycling of no longer usable leather scraps from leather-processing companies; these scraps are shredded and then mixed with vegetable tanning agents, rubber, natural fats and water.

This material can be produced in a wide variety of finishes and colors, visually

similar to leather.

These coasters can have the shape that best suits your needs; furthermore they can be customized with hot stamping of: logos, product types, event names,…,depending on your requests.

The advantage of this coaster compared to those made of paper which can usually be found on the market, is that it can be reused over and over again.

The only necessary care will be to clean it with a rag and sanitizer (or cleaning product) in between uses.

Considering that each coaster may be used at least 500 times,the amount of waste could be considerably reduced.

We’ll leave to you the opportunity to test the durability of these coasters.

To the best of our knowledge any paper object, when dirty, must be disposed in the

undifferentiated waste.

It is easy to calculate by how much the volume of this kind of waste may be reduced and therefore aim at reaching together an excellent GREEN goal.

At the same time we think that by using a more noble material, even with higher cost due to raw materials, you could still achieve significant economic savings, since the eco- leather coaster may be reused many times, providing at the same time a very high quality product that will enhance your brand.

Visors for civilian and military caps

VISORS

The visor is one of the fundamental parts of the cap, one of the most visible and most handled; it must therefore be able to respond to excellent visual and technical qualities.

The visors we produce are made in different shapes and materials to meet the needs of our customers or state specifications.

We can usually supply visors in:

– plastic

– leather

– regenerated leather

– eco-leather

– tissue

We are available to study new product technologies with our customers, assessing the feasibility of the project together.

The external edge of the visor can be finished with a stitched edge or have a clean cut colored according to the type of visors and the customer’s needs.

The plastic cap edge can be assembled in different ways and can be produced in different colors.

You can have an ornament with a golden or silver line at the center of the edge itself.

We have moulds for the production of about 1.000 different shapes, and we have always been available to the customer to evaluate new models together.

On certain types of visors the shape can be drawn and cut automatically by us, avoiding waiting times for the production of new moulds.

A few days after receiving the samples, we can also have the customer test the quality of our products, with the materials we usually have in stock.

In the case of raw materials not usually used, thanks to the excellent network of suppliers, we can produce the samples in a short time.

Our company is specialized in the production of various types of chinstraps

The materials we usually use are:

We are always at the customer’s disposal in order to evaluate new productions.

The product is fully prepared in our company: from cutting to assembly with buckles, rivets, staples, seams, from accurate manufacturing to careful packaging.

Historical chinstraps are also made for Kepì, High Uniform Carabinieri, for Cuirassiers…

We provide the Armed Forces of various states with all the experience gained in 70 years of activity.

Sweatbands for civilian and military caps

SWEATBANDS

This particular product requires a careful selection of materials that must combine the demands of flexibility, softness and adaptability to the hat with those of absolute safety in contact with the operator’s forehead.

The sweatbands can have different types of materials:

– calfskin

– pig skin

– goatskin

– suede

– regenerated leather

– eco-leather

All materials are tested and the values analyzed comply with the limits imposed by law.

The sweatbands we supply is usually slightly arched to allow, once mounted to the cap, a perfect fit.

It can be manufactured, according to the customer’s needs, with a plastic or cotton edge sewn in a zig-zag pattern on the part that will be mounted on the cap in contact with the operator’s forehead.

At the customer’s request we can provide alludes with the company logo; this is usually printed in gold, silver or neutral color; in case of orders, other colors can be evaluated.
